Brief History

The origin of Magic Group dates back to Magic Choice LLC, founded on May 16, 2007.
The company pioneered a new methodology that combined financial software solutions with professional training programs — the first of its kind in the Mongolian market.

A year after establishment, the company opened a branch in Darkhan City, followed by expansions to Orkhon Province and Ulaanbaatar.
Since then, Magic Choice has conducted over 1,300 training courses, graduating approximately 10,000 learners in the field of finance and accounting.

Magic Choice Training Center provides not only basic bookkeeping and accounting courses, but also executive-level programs in financial management, taxation, and financial statement analysis.
In collaboration with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Mongolia (ICPA), the company developed the website www.sanhuu.mn, publishing online financial resources and video lessons.

Achievements and Recognition

Magic Choice Training Center has received the following awards:

• “Best Training Center” at Grand Expo 2014

• “Best Training Center” at 1000 Accountants’ Celebration – 2015, organized by ICPA of Mongolia

Magic Consulting Audit LLC

Established in 2010, the company has been officially licensed since September 2016 under Articles 9.1–9.3 of the Law on Auditing, providing audit, assurance, tax consulting, financial and accounting advisory, and professional training services.

According to the rankings of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Mongolia:

• 2015: Ranked 17th out of 137 licensed audit firms

• 2016: Ranked 6th out of 143, becoming one of the leading national audit firms

In 2016, the company was awarded as the “Fastest Growing Audit Firm” and received a trophy and certificate of recognition from ICPA.

Certified Tax Consulting Services

Since 2014, the company has been a member of the Society of Certified Tax Consultants, partnering with over 40 companies under tax and accounting outsourcing agreements.
We help our clients minimize financial and tax risks while supporting sustainable business growth.

Magic Cloud LLC

Software Development Services

Since 2007, we have continuously developed and maintained MagicFinance, a financial and tax software solution that serves over 2,000 users, offering reliable support and updates.

The MagicFinance Program is built using Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), reducing manual accounting work by up to 80%, and automatically generating more than 80 types of reports.

Since 2015, we have been using our in-house ERP system — ХAMT ERP, which includes the following modules:

• Cash Flow Recording and Control System

• Timekeeping and Human Resource System

• Customer Service Management System

The implementation of this system has enhanced operational transparency, efficiency, and managerial control within the organization.

From 2025, Magic Group became an official Partner of Microsoft and Kaspersky, enabling us to provide licensed software, certified training, and IT advisory services to our clients.
